What We Do
Sheboygan County Halfway House (SCHH) is a not-for-profit community-based residential facility (CBRF) serving those who struggle with addiction and/or those with mental health needs. We provide a stable, structured, and welcoming living environment so that our residents can focus on their treatment, transition, and overall well-being.
Sheboygan County Halfway House
Transitional Living
We provide proven services to aid each person in their individual recovery plan. We work hand-in-hand with Sheboygan County Health and Human Services, as well as many other counties and local recovery centers.
Recovery
We provide food, shelter, stability and support so our residents can focus on their treatment without complications from stress and other emotional triggers.
Life Success
Our trained staff works to establish trust and two-way communication with our residents. Daily mentorship and in-house group sessions foster a family environment where each resident knows they have the support they need to meet their goals.
